Each user is allowed to register only one account. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

04 Betting Rules & Regulations

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless an error on the platform's part is acknowledged.
• Each bet has a minimum and maximum stake limit, which may vary depending on the event.

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — Jetwin BD is not liable for any delay between placing a bet and the transaction being confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For the purpose of settling results, Jetwin BD considers officially recognised scores and outcomes as final.

The use of any illegal strategy, bots, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure.

05 Payment & Transaction Policy

Jetwin BD currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
